Welcome to Braeswood Personal Care Homes!

Braeswood Personal Care Home is an Assisted Living Facility that provides residential and personalized support services to older adults, the frail elderly, and those who need assistance with activities of daily living but DO NOT need skilled medical care.

Resident Eligibility:

• 65 years old and above but can be younger, unable to live alone
• Require assistance with personal care or other Activities of Daily Living
• Ambulatory, can self-evacuate in case of emergency
• May be confused or incontinent
• Recuperating from hospitalization or surgery
• In need of respite care
